Members can vote on comments, forum posts (if it has an associated Alias, Implication, or Bulk Update Request), and posts.
Each of these has their own hourly limit which Trusted+ users bypass.

• Comments: 25/Hour
• Forum Posts: 25/Hour
• Posts: 1000/Hour

In addition to these limits, you account must be at least 3 days old to vote on comments, forum posts, and to downvote posts.
Creating additional account to bypass vote limits, or artificially increase/decrease votes are both against our rules.
